Social media, Keanu Reeves has no social media for anything, you can’t find him on the internet anywhere. I think that’s one of the things that has helped him grow into such a humble person. Everyone brags about how happy they are and how kind they are on social media, but Keanu doesn’t do that. He doesn’t brag about anything, and with no social media, that has definitely helped him resist any temptation to. He also does so many kind things and doesn’t tell anyone, which is one key to being humble. That’s one thing that makes him the great person he is today. Lastly, I don’t mean to not text your friends or use a phone, just don’t indulge yourself in the endless scrolling of other people’s lives, don’t focus on all the bad things in this world, and start focusing on how to make yourself a better person.

Always take a walk when going for an exam. Pop your phone into an empty glass to get loud wake up call. Keep eating dark chocolates. It’s helpful for the brain. Learn from video blogs for better concentration & easy understanding. Spray an unfamiliar scent while you're studying. Spray it again right as you're about to take the test. The scent will jog your memory. Keep playing  fun brain games for better understanding & better focus. Take notes using different colored pens. This will fire up your visual memory. Keep giving yourself short breaks while studying. For history and anthropology classes, watch a documentary on the topic. Study with a friend group (You will never hesitate to ask a question) When crunched for time, listen to recorded lectures at double the speed. Don’t study with your girlfriend or boyfriend. Taking action . No matter how stupid an idea is, or how scared you are, or how many unknowns there are. Just take action. You see, when you take action, you will learn a lot, you will grow, you will become a much more wholesome person. There is countless benefits just taking action. If you look at all the successful people out there, they didn’t have all the answers, but they took action. They had some big obstacles, but they took action. And from all that, they eventually were able to find success and improve themselves. When you take action, it makes you realize that you need to be better, it shows you where your strengths and weaknesses are. It gives a lot more than you expect So instead of thinking, go out and execute. Life is simple, people complicate it. Hope this helps
